The Gray Hat has soiling and the circumference measures 23 and is Labeled R W Forsyth Edinburgh & Glasgow Christys London. The Leather hat box case has wear and a partial North British Railroad St Andrews Sticker. I can't get the strap to extend all the way to lock closure and there is a broken strap. The case top measures 14 x 12 " and is 10 " high.
