For your consideration is a Kodak Camp Fire Girls Folding Camera w/Brown Leather Campfire Girl Case. "Camp Fire Girls" emblem on the front door and stamped on the leather pocket carry case. A very rare item as not many were made and less have survived. This camera has been in my possession for many decades.

I bought the camera in Pennsylvania in the late 60's. I was a Girlscout, not a Campfire girl. I bought it at an antique flea market at Wirt park in Hanover Pa.

I wasnt a photographer or collector, I just liked the way it looked. I took pictures a few times with the camera as a young girl. I remember my pictures were black and white. Nothing to write home about. Fast forward five decades later...

Its been displayed on a shelf for a few yearss, but mostly, its been tucked away in a drawer. Time to let it go to someone else who will appreciate its rarity. The camera did take pics at one time. Currently, I cannot get the camera to slide out from the folded position.

It looks like the track is not lined up with the bellows slide. It has been hard to slide in the past, but now it wont slide and I dont want to break it.

I'm pretty sure it has black bellows, not brown. Ive never replaced the bellows so they are at least 50 years old. The graphics are in good condition with a few small scuffs on the paint.

The circular plastic orange piece that allows one to view the film has fallen out of the back but I will include it with the camera. The brown leather logo case is original. The sticthing has come off from the sides. Walter L Fink wrote his name on the inside of the case I guess boys wanted to be included in girls programs way back then too. Great opportunity to own a rare photography and scouting collectible by Eastman Kodak.
